The main stages of the process-technology beings with the careful selection of raw materials. This is cleaned cut and ground progressively to very fine powder after removal of all metal and non-ferrous contaminant. The fine powder is hen depolymerised under controlled conditions of temperature and steam pressure in the rotary autoclaves with suitable oils stained and finally refined silky-smooth leaves which are built up in to sheets for ease of handling. The end-products is then rigorously tested before approval for dispatch.

The company has developed its own team to establish and maintain a systematic, consistent quality control and assurance.
• Our in-house QC laboratory is well equipped with latest testing instrument to where LRRPL products undergo several types of testing procedure in accordance to ISO standard. Every batch of LRRPL Reclaimed rubber undergoes the following qualities test for physical properties.
• Tensile Strength Test
• Elongation at break Test
• Mooney Viscosity Test
• Specific gravity Test
• Hardness Test

Sampling Procedure for testing samples.

10% sampling is carried out for all production, by cutting the two diagonal corners of a weight of 250 gm each and then combined to form in to unique sample of 500gm.

This sample is blended thought a laboratory & inch diameter mixing mill and various requied test pieces cut from sample for the required testing.

The grading for passing the products are strictly adhered and abided by the results and products house specification set.

The failed products are totally rejected.
